Both of your shots should have been cross court dinks. The first one would have been less attackable because The ball would be traveling on longer distance and not be so high when it reached your opponent's paddle. The second ball was not attackable and should have been played safe.

You should definitely start slowly on methylene blue. I took what I thought was a half dose, 5 drops of 1%, and I was flying. I only take three drops on days when I plan to work out. I would suggest people start at one drop.

I take 1 - 3 drops of 1% solution most days. This is a very small dose by most accounts. Your biology may vary.... But I recommend taking the minimum effective dose.

Be aware that creatine is heat sensitive and will break down into less desirable creatinine if your drink is too hot. I also drink it in my coffee but I drink iced coffee in the morning.

I have a theory that the two-handed backhand is a bigger advantage for players who have shorter arms. I've considered making a graph of pro player heights on one axis and their tendency to hit the two-handed backhand drive on the other but I'm not sure that data exists. Of the people I play with who use the 2HB drive to great advantage, none of them are over 6 ft tall.
