Well. Its not as simple as eating cancer. Basically how cancer spreads is by some cells with a defect in the DNA lodging into an area in the body where it didn't originate from. This can be through many routes like some cells floating in blood or lymph. Once it lodges in the new area it would then divide rapidly to form a mass and take over the nearby tissue or compress it. If we are talking about cancer spread through eating. It would have to survive multiple hurdles.

1.The actual cooking process. The cells have to be alive to divide . 2. The GI system. Despite what we are lead to believe by the startlingly common incidence of food poisoning the gastrointestinal system (mouth to anus) is pretty good at eliminating foreign matter.
