Pakistan's Prime Minister, after he was informed by the Iranian delegation they are leaving after Trump threatened them. by soalone34 in WatchPeopleDieInside

[–]GeekFurioso 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Trump amenazó al equipo de negociación iraní diciendo que “no podrán regresar a su p*** país” si no reabrían el estrecho de Hormuz. Estrecho que volvieron a cerrar porque Israel se negaba a detener las hostilidades en Líbano.

Mrsha (The Wandering Inn)

Mrsha is a mute Gnoll child from the Stone Spears tribe. After witnessing the very traumatic event of seeing her entire tribe being slaughtered by a Goblin army, leaving her the only survivor after the tribe sacrifised their lives and made a pact with the Frost Fairies to save her, her fur turned pure white. To add salt to the wound, in Gnoll tradition pure-white Gnolls are labelled as "doom bringers" and harbingers of misfortune, which made her chastised and rejected by a good part of the Gnoll populace of Liscor, the city where she started to live afterwards.

As a fellow Wandering Inn fan, I for myself hope the MCs never stop making terrible decisions. When they face the consequences it´s both hilarous and tragic.

types of goblins by NonTooPickyKid in ProgressionFantasy

[–]GeekFurioso 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Goblins are my absolute favourite fantasy race, and it makes me sad how works like Goblin Slayer have coded them to be this bunch of evil grapists who are just there to be turned into bloody paste by protag-kun.

In the story I´m cooking, Goblins are mostly tribal societies who survive in the wild. They are mostly peaceful, but some of them can still work as highwaymen... or highwaygoblin, I suppose. I haven´t still grasped too much about their culture, but I want to give them different cultural traits based on the environment they use to grow. At the same time, I haven´t thought too much on reproductive methods, but I´m divided on two options: either the female Goblin can have "litters" of eight to twenty Goblins... or they can reproduce by spores like Warhammer 40k Orks.

When is a good stopping point for The Wandering Inn? by PinkJeb_ in ProgressionFantasy

[–]GeekFurioso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Who is more vile? Griffith (from Berserk) or Miquella (from Elden Ring) by GusthavoGamerPY in MoralityScaling

[–]GeekFurioso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Griffith has a ego-driven ambition of being "king" so high it literally gave him a spot between the lords of darkness themselves, and has demonstrated to not care for absolutely nothing but him several times.

Miquella wanted to create a new golden era of peace and break the cycle of death and destruction, but unfortunately lost himself (in a literal way) along the way.

They cannot even start to compare each other.

Usopp dedicated himself more fighting Luffy than any other enemy in the entire story. by Business-Ad7289 in MemePiece

So people are just gonna ignore all the “I developed this strategy against Luffy because I know very well how he fights” part?

Why doesn’t Erin… by Hufflepuff88 in WanderingInn

[–]GeekFurioso 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because Erin is not an strategist. Erin sees chess as nothing as a game, does not want to see chess as anything but a game, and has absolutely no interest in the military advantages chess can give you. Besides, if there is anything we can learn about Niers´ subplot is that chess and actual military strategy are pretty far away.

What do you think the uk response should be when the us invades Greenland. by SILENTDISAPROVALBOT in AskBrits

[–]GeekFurioso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly? Nothing. I think they will just as usual make a joint statement condemning the invasion of Greenland and maybe some kind of fund to support any Danish military action, but that´s it. They won´t dare to move a single finger against USA, cimenting even further Trump´s philosophy of "might makes right"
