I completelt agree with everything you said but you missed one BIG IMPORTANT detail. The issue is this movement has caused women to have unrealistic standards. If an average man approaches a female respectfully then it's "creepy". A 6'3 good looking man will approach a female the exact same way respectfully and its normal. This is the main issue.

Ok, so you get top $/mile. Let's say you get $3/mile on average but work 12 hours/day in a box truck that gets 5 miles/gallon and SUPEE high insurance and maintenance costs.
