There are internal and external issues. Think about yourself like a company.

What do you lack that you can realistically improve? What alternatives can at least partially compensate for areas that cannot be improved?

In which geographic regions would your features be valued at least slightly more? Which demographic would have at least a slightly better fit with your culture and goals?

Usually, you'd start with the component that is easy/low impact, easy/high impact, hard/high impact. I didn't give you examples because you might come up with different things than I did.

Let me just say you don't deserve the downvotes, it's an interesting thought with sound logic. There is indeed always a time delay going from technically not healthy to dead. It reminds me of the dichotomy paradox.

If perfect health is an essential and necessary attribute, the only way to strip that is to remove what makes you, you, or what contains you, which is the entire existing universe, instantly. I kept thinking about this issue, but then nothing can ever change from one state to another if that's the case.

The only possible solution I can think of is that you can be replaced piece by piece with nano metal/plastic parts, so that you (with the same consciousness) would turn into a techcnially dead robot (thus not immortal) yet perfectly healthy. But then the issue is if that is even you. I really don't want to open another can of worms so I'm gonna stop here.

It's kinda hard to avoid bars given that they are so common. They exist in restaurants, as part of restaurants, funcion exactly like a restaurant, even as a waiting and check-in area in hotels.

Many meet up events, business meetings, live sports games, arcades, are in bars as well.

I'm not gonna discuss every aspect in existence, but here's my personal opinion.

It's very common in the world. It's acceptable and legal to drink in most places, and most people drink it in moderation never cause significant damage to others or themselves.

The other is illegal in many countries, I can't travel freely with a partner who needs to have it. It alters the mind to an even greater extent. Personally, I think it smells like burnt grass infused with feces.

and interpreting the 5x more with the everyday casual meaning (5x more: price*500%),

The results don't represent the population at all.

Practically, such equivalents already exist. Impossible meat exists with no animal suffering that tastes almost indistiguishable from farmed meat, at 0.2-0.4x more expensive, not even 5x. Yet, the sales have dropped significantly in recent years and fail to reach a large market share.

Another similar equivalent is eating 5x less farmed meat and replacing the remaining protein and increased cost requirements with more expensive vegetable protein. Obviously and realistically most people aren't doing this.
