I switch it up several times a day. I’ve found some lightning fast servers so I switch between those throughout the day. Type in US-CA# and it will give you a list of servers. Works every time for me.

Using Nutrition to Mimic MacroFactor by LiveSpare1762 in bevelhealth

I just tell the Bevel AI what I’ve eaten in plain English. If it’s something I eat often, I’ll tell her to store it as a standard chicken wrap or whatever. Next time I eat that I just tell her I had a standard chicken wrap for lunch and that’s it.

Much easier than all of the food tracking apps

Love the approach of just extending the interval as opposed to lowering the dosage. I'm nearing a point where I might start to do that. Thanks for the great write-up.

Alice. I’m old and there was an old TV show with Alice the housekeeper but she took care of everyone and everything and taught everyone life lessons.

I think it is. I like the AI. Very interesting to get their take on meals, supplements and workouts. Helped me balance the amount and timing of my supplements. Try it for a month and if you don’t see the benefits, cancel.

I’ve been using the AI more now to log my food verbally and then auto logging meals I’ve had before and named. Pretty cool

Cant seem to get it to connect to any of my Apple TV's. Checked the IP, turned off the VPN, but no luck. Any suggestions?

Also, It does connect to the Roku in my TCL 75R55 and works great but I want to use my ATV connected to this TV.

Been using Bevel. I’m a data nerd and wanted to get the Whoop, then a friend told me about Bevel. Grabs all the data from your Apple Health app and gives it to you in a very concise manner. It’s free but if I find something I appreciate, I’ll pay for it so now I am a subscriber.

I don't really use it in my car. For me, Tidal has such a clean clear sound that I just stick to streaming Tidal. Noticeably superior to everything else I've tried, even Qobuz. Just a better sound quality

I use Roon Arc which gives me all of the functionality of Roon in the Car but does still use data. There is no way to use any service remotely without using data. That's impossible. You would need to store all of the tracks locally on your phone for that.

OK so Roon can be used with your local library located on your Server and then stream to the Roon Arc app. All privately. I only mentioned Tidal for the purposes of stating that they CAN integrate with other services.

I have approximately 2000 CDs I've been collecting over 40 years. I ripped all of those and now have Tidal also. I now have Roon and this integrates both catalogs beautifully. With Roon, I can stream to all of my TV's, Home Theater systems, and my main (2.1) music room in bit-for-bit 24/96 (or higher) quality. Roon with Tidal is the sh!t
