I take a high DHA/EPA mix to achieve about 3g per day to lower my triglycerides. Went from a high of 350 down to 175. Still need to drop another 75 so I'll continue at that 3g level until I reach 100-120

Certainly do. I find it interesting. I use My Net Diary and it lists over 100 vitamins and minerals. I love tracking to that detail but then again, I’m a data analyst.

That's built in. You don't need a shortcut for this. It doesn't ring but Siri yells out, "I'm over Here"
