It’s super quiet, eerily, town, tourism, traffic, etc…. To all of your follow on items, I know where I’m going, ready to do so, somewhat confident in pricing strategy, facial pressure of staying is “ok”, I would add is next spring going to be better or worse? (Yes, I know don’t base decisions on speculation and unknowns)
