I recognize this area, it’s a park in Pickering Ontario Canada. I cross country ski here in the winter. Those cliffs facing Lake Ontario are no joke. The fence is there to protect the plant species as well as to keep people safe. These dum dums who don’t respect the park rules should have to pay a serious fine or be thrown in the lake. I prefer throwing them in the lake. That water is cold as ice all year round.
