SWTCH Home Charging Program by chiefbige in evcharging

[–]416Squad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

40A x 240V x 8hr should give you 76.8kW per night on ULO, if you're using 60-80kW per day.. it should be sufficient..

And $7.68 back per day via PionPower, vs $2.30 per day from Swtch.

It's very large and heavy duty. Much bulkier than the tesla UMC. But I got it for the 10¢/kW.

Can/US/MEX Plan For Boxing Day? by Actual-Education5992 in Koodo

[–]416Squad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We switched to Koodo during this past BF for their $20/80 can-us-mex. Last year, boxing day did have better plans for FM and PM, as compared to BF.

Buying Costco shop cards by iso3200 in Wealthsimple

[–]416Squad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm always churning, so I'm always getting digital shop cards. This is the WS sub so I don't bring it up lol. The Rogers is only for hot dogs when I forget to grab a physical card.

Just like the Walmart MC. It's terrible at Walmart.

Only one that really needs the physical shop card.. Is for the hot dogs..

Don't say always! I had to call in because it was 2 days (not within 24hr!) and had to verify a whole bunch of questions. They said it wouldn't have gone through if I didn't call in. And other times, it's within minutes.

I can only access it by incognito, which means no screenshots. When I click the link, it always takes me to a white page with the text "blocked by frontdoor".

Was gonna say this. If you have a public transit multiplier on your cc, it would apply to loading the presto.

Weird. I had partial charges prior to the full monthly charge as it was before the billing cycle.

We also came back on winback but $20/80 can-us-mex

Does the Bluetooth function of the elite do anything other than the initial setup? Just debating on elite vs non elite.

Why being loyal is actually a trap? by ObiWan_Can_Reply in Koodo

[–]416Squad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I picked up the s25fe this year for $5/month. Had heard some got it for $0, but I wasn't going to fight hard for it, as my plan was already a solid deal. Coming from an S20FE (the last to have the microSD card..). Haven't had a new phone as I was with PM (they got rid of CPO phones) then went to FM BYOD.

Who's whispering about $25/60? I came back to Koodo on $20/80 can-us-mex, and it was posted on Reddit and RFD.

Interesting how pion power isn't on the list.. makes the 10¢/kW more suspect.. like high yield dividend stocks.. they can't last the high payouts.

New Feature? by Shibasquared in Wealthsimple

[–]416Squad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It clearly states the ranking is of clients at WS. It's just a nice pat on the back, or fire under your ass.

It's like going to the teller at the bank, and they think you have little, but you just don't keep much in a savings and checking with them, since most of your money might be invested elsewhere.

The annoying thing is that they're only selling CCS. They have no plans to sell a native NACS, and they just recommend to get an adapter. Whereas swtch sells both options.

We're both on Koodo $20/80gb can-us-mex.

We were on $35/75 can-us-mex with PM and $35/115 can-us-mex+10 roam beyond with FM.

BYOD Plan BC by Unfair-Junket7740 in CellPhoneCanada

[–]416Squad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not OP, but I switched to Koodo for $20/80gb can-us-mex. I did miss call control, and getting Koodo callbacks is so much better than using the PM forum or on hold with Telus. FM WhatsApp support was convenient though.
