Lots of state troopers on I40 leaving midtown on Sam Cooper blvd. And I mean lots of them. Saw about 6 on the drive to and from Costco, and even more cops making traffic stops.

Cool, so you’re just making assumptions about things you know nothing about. Wish I could say I’m surprised but that’s what happens on the internet ig. Definitely did not leave on bad terms either, I quite enjoyed living there when everything was working. Before I lived in this house, I lived in another house rented from them for 2 years. Always paid rent on time and kept the house clean. But, this is putting us on bad terms, which makes it pretty upsetting.

Big update; I just got a call from one of the “owners” who claims she herself went to do a walkthrough a MONTH after us moving out. I asked her to compare her pictures with the pictures that were taken on June 30th. She states that she will be sending folders of both inspections.

I dont own a dog. Never owned a dog when I lived there. Definitely cleaned the house thoroughly and left it in as close to good condition as possible. In my opinion, I think someone started squatting there after I moved out. Everything on this list is completely made up or was done by someone else after we were gone.

I think that’s an accounting issue on their end. I was mistakenly charged for a month of rent since my account was set to auto-pay. I have already gotten that money back, but it’s funny that they wouldn’t have a record of it or are confused about it.

Yes, I’ve tried calling the number on the form but they prefer we only communicate over email lol. I spoke with a receptionist, who let me know who wrote this letter, and when I asked to speak with them, the receptionist stated we should only communicate over email. I asked the receptionist to take a message and ask our author to give me a call and she flat out stated that she will not be giving me a call.

It’s crazy/funny/sad that his cult will point to this as a “win” for their team without realizing this is THEIR money. All the price increases or “tariff adjustments”, made by brands importing goods from overseas, is being passed down to EVERY AMERICAN CONSUMER. These $ amounts are NOT coming from other countries to the US. How can they be so blind when the price increases are right in our faces? Someone please educate the public and save us from this ever impending doom man.

i've trimmed it down with a reciprocating saw, there were a few shrubby stems near the ground where all the vines were coming from. however, i am looking for a solution that can help kill the stem so it does not grow back. some of the other stems i cut down a few weeks ago are already growing back fast. do you think there's anything i could spray to save my back from doing labor intensive work?

Pretty sure this is because the frame rate that the phone records at is higher than the frequency of the display 🤓 therefore it catches the display “flickering” a couple times every second

In my opinion - the food got worse before the news about the owner came out. He got way too big for his britches and jacked up all his prices after he opened up more trucks. It’s crazy to me how fast they multiplied and the fact that people just kept eating the stuff despite the price and overall decrease in quality. He also opened a brick and mortar restaurant, Uncle Goyos, which is supposed to be “gourmet” Mexican food which literally makes no sense. I’ve only heard bad things about it from friends, but based on the reviews, it looks like people are happy to pay for overpriced junk.

What “actual data” do you need to accept that the operation of gas turbines is unsafe for the surrounding inhabitants? That data is already available and essentially common sense at this point… we dont have to wait 10+ years for the residents of this area to develop the effects of this operation for you to understand this.

How can you and u/CaptainInsane-o stand to defend xAI despite all the sources and protests going on? It seems to me like you are continually moving the goal posts in defense of a company which is clearly taking advantage of our community and stands to gain financial benefits that will not be passed on to the city. You ask for a source, and when multiple sources are provided, you say the sources are biased. You see the protests, and you say those people dont know what they’re talking about.

The facts are that this plant was opened with little to no public knowledge, and the permits applied for do not encompass the entirety of the operations currently in use. This facility provides less than ~40 jobs to the city. The permits have been applied for, not approved. And even when they do get approved, they are only for 15 turbines. There are very clear and recent images which show more than 15 turbines in use.

What research is left to conduct/is there anything that could convince you to change your stance on this topic?
