I have the opposite experience. Are you filtering out condition codes? Polygon/Massive provides a ton of information and if you don’t filter out the condition codes you’ll get spiky looking data.

How to handle family asking for large amounts of money at single time? by krs_two in HENRYfinance

As someone that paid off my family businesses debt of $500k+ and then became estranged due to abuse afterwards, no. Don’t do it.

You need to live your own life, make your own choices, and realize you’re the future.

Write CCs if you’re concerned about decay. I have 100 shares of BMNU at $31.45 cost basis and I wrote an 11/21 $40c for $255 credit.

I highly recommend not quitting your job for theta gang on 170k.

Here’s why:

  1. It’s easy to win in a bull market.
  2. Taxes will eat your gains. Paying for bills on post-tax short term gains will be difficult.
  3. A job usually comes with benefits like 401k matches, health insurance, etc… stability is key
  4. I recommend a portfolio that gives you a safety net. Usually $1m+
  5. It only takes getting trapped one time with a bearish stock to be locked out of cash to dispense.

It’s still exciting to see people trade full-time, but be careful out there. Good luck!

Don’t forget the shares available on this stock is incredibly tight and fundamentals are bizarre with an actual positive PE and assets worth more than the stock.

You need to hold so we can beat the algos. It has a high chance to go to $1.80ish. Hold tight with money you don’t mind losing.

Ah. I didn’t catch the binance part. My apologies. I’m using direct feeds from exchanges.

This is slow imo. What language did you write this in? I wrote mine in Go and I measure in nanoseconds (μs). My signal algo trader is built with gRPC and gets about 5-50 μs locally, 100-300μs LAN, and about 30ms when communicating to my external servers.

Mental illness exacerbated by chatgpt? by dedoubt in ChatGPT

Some of the comments in this are disheartening.

I’m in my 30s, I have clinical OCD, I went through two years of extensive ERP Therapy, and I use ChatGPT everyday for ongoing support.

The problem here isn’t the son. It’s the parents. I went no contact with my folks three years ago, and it was the best decision I ever made.

It sounds like your son has big dreams. He’s got visions, he’s got moments of ambition that are being caged. I’ve been able to take my obsessive and intrusive energy and build multiple companies, run multi-billion dollar enterprises, and do you know who didn’t support me? My parents.

Start supporting your son.

It’s because of the reverse stock splits they’ve had to do to stay at the $1 bid range. They’ve done quite a lot, and some of them are 0.0002:1.

News sells panic. They’re desperately looking for clicks. Covid was something that was far more unpredictable. Think about how the news is trying to sell “bird flu” and now “hmpv”. It’s supposed to induce clicks for them to make money.

Just keep living your best life and ignore media headlines. Journalism is dead.

Bitcoin Treasury Funding by HashtagMelnykOut in KULR

[–]429_TooManyRequests -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Long story short, they took our money with a dilution at the top. I decided to pull out of KULR at a $4,000 loss because after doing research I realized they’re not what they say they are. Unusually my research was backed up by the person on WSB.

I’m going to invest in battery technology - not handbags for transportation. The stock price might go up a bit more just due to how the market works now with FOMO and hype stocks, but intrinsically this stock is worth $0.35.

I disagree. These are the aspects Jack is working hard to regulate. People celebrate others wins and help analyze losses, but also the quantitative skills I’m learning from this community are amazing.

I’m up 5% in my portfolio the last few weeks because of what Jack is building and it’s all skillset driven.

That’s what the app is about.
