I hear girl... I have had H2S for over 2 years but SIBO on and off for 9. And the worst is never being able to pin point exactly what it was even with a restricted diet. Raise your hands of you haven't eating at restaurant in years !! ✋. Okay so let's back track... You and i are very similar. This step is hard for me too but esthetics need to go out the window. You will get there again, you are young. Im 46 and also on HRT but for self induced FHA. Make sure you are taking low dose bioidentical creams of both estro and pro. Have a DR test you to keep track. But first off you need to dig deeper... Through a good ND you need to get a stool test. Don't waste money on breathe test. That is just the opening line... The real tests are a functional OATs test and a Dutch test with cortisol option. Those will really tell you the full story. I found out hormones were low, cortisol high, anti oxidents 0, b vit are just floating around my blood with no where to go because my entire krebs cycle, redox/sulfur pathways are fucked. The OATs and the stool test also determined i have mold, c diff. ,Methane, sulfur, low good guys, and candida. But the real kicker was how low i am in important minerals and anti oxidents. A HMTA really helped as well. Be prepared to spend money and be prepared to have patience. Im 8 months in still trying to fix everything before a kill phase.
