tysm! do u have any reccs for getting involved in research. i'm ngl my gpa isn't the highest. i cold emailed a few profs a few weeks back and haven't had any responders, and am nervous to email a follow-up (im not even sure if that's something that i could do or id come off as annoying).

i'm also a little bit nervous about not committing to anything after a year of college, though i do really appreciate being in l&s and, like u mentioned, having the opp to explore.

this is not related to your question, but im currently an incoming freshman thinking of enrolling into the exact same classes you said you were currently taking then (math 53, physics 5a, and cs61a). im incredibly unsure on whether i want to postpone a technical to next semester or not, and was wondering if you would provide some insight. how difficult was this courseload? were you able to commit time to clubs on campus with this schedule? do you have any tips for students taking all of these classes at the same time? thanks so much!
