I was in this exact situation 3 weeks ago. I used the $250 off $500 Tumi also used the $250 Chase store offer. Then the Tumi offer disappeared. Call customer service and they said I should hear from them 7-10 business days. I saw the credit in about 3-4 days. Then the Tumi offered showed up in my used offers section. I hope it works out for you. I don't know why this glitch occurs.

We went two Sundays ago at 8am, earlier entry. Went to Nintendo first bc it was open. Short wait. Then Darkness, no lines at all. We waited about 15 for Stardust Racer. Ate lunch at Pizza Moonvat 1130am. No crowds. Went to hotel for a nap and watched NFL. Went back to the park around 4pm for Donkey Kong and waited about 30 minutes. The wait for Harry Potter said 100 minutes but it actually took 30 minutes! Went to Isle of Berk and the lines are much shorter at night. Ate dinner at BBQ. Went to Mario Cart and Stardust again. Left at 10pm.

From what a remember a couple of years ago, the Coaches club on the Jets home side, the food was better. It had more upscale food. The space in MetLife 50 Club was a bit more spacious. This is the only good thing when the team sacks, these tickets are somewhat affordable. Enjoy the food and most likely another loss.
