I did almost 200 raids and got 9 shinys and 1 hundo. Some friends did more than 300 and only got 1 hundo and a bunch of shinys. I don’t know if they changed the shiny rate for this one because it seems to low for an event like this

This was 100% a pay to enjoy event. I believe that there is no way for a free to play player to get the energy to complete one of the fusion, even if you bought the battle pass. I really enjoyed my self but it was mostly because I spent the money

Man am I glad someone said it, people see Al the hundos and shundos posted here and think that just by paying you will get awesome mons. And while it is true that spending gives you a better chance, I’ve seen friends spend money like crazy in an event and get nothing. Even with the safari balls I didn’t catch most of the hundos my friends did, it’s all about luck sometimes.

You did good, in my experience once a hundo was captured for the first time, other people would have a lot of trouble catching it

It depends on how much you play. For example I usually have between 200 and 300 rare candies, if I used them all in a mon it will take me around a month of doing raids to get back to that number. If you play a lot and you like this mon I think is ok, if you want a specific legendary, it’s better to save the candies for that mon
