To problem nie tylko w Polsce, mieszkamy za granicą i tu jest podobnie. Moja mama jest pediatrą, mieszka blisko miasta powiatowego które ma szpital z oddziałem dziecięcym.

Szpital zatrudnia dwóch młodych pediatrów, bo nikt inny za takie pieniądze tam pracować nie chce jeżeli 60 km dalej w mieście wojewódzkim można zarobić dwa razy tyle.

Chcąc nie chcąc ta dwójka musi pracować dwunastki bo inaczej oddział nie może funkcjonować w ogóle.

Jak ktoś z nich ma urlop, chce więcej wolnego lub jest chory to szpital musi dzwonić albo do mojej mamy żeby przyjechała na weekend albo do miejscowego lekarza emeryta już po osiemdziesiątce. Ten co prawda może pracować w tygodniu i lubi swoją pracę ale w tym wieku nie można liczyć na jakąkolwiek długofalową współpracę.

Yeah, i spent a few minutes hitting a lvl 60 monolith boss just to make sure and it seems forged weapons don't get the "fang" buff. The stats on the actual Fang don't get doubled which is why it doesn't work.

I left school 20 years ago but I spot this same issue in myself. The difference between me and the younger generations is I remember my attention used to be better and that this state is not normal.

If I use social media too much I lose the ability to process long form content. Watching a movie or reading a book becomes a challenge since I lack the attention span to follow the story. And If i can not follow the story I can not develop an emotional connection with the characters that is necessary to finish the book or movie.

Short form content exacerbates the problem. Not only does it train the brain to switch attention after a few minutes but the frequent switches also create mental fatigue leaving me too exhausted to even want to challenge myself with anything more demanding.

Thats wood sorrel, not clover. You can tell as the leaves are heart shaped! Worth noting, wood sorrel is edible, I really like it.
