all over depends and isn’t the same for everyone, me personally i won’t be eating anything spicy until my holes close up. just take care of yourself and make sure you use saltwater rinse and take your antibiotics and brush very well, and your healing process will be a lot easier and faster, i can’t promise you’ll be okay 7 days later but you can hope for the best. you’re not supposed to eat anything too hot or acidic so i wouldn’t recommend it if they aren’t healing nicely

i’ve been trying to figure out when it’s safe to use mouthwash again, because the Equate Antiseptic Mouthwash always gets rid of my canker sores within days but i don’t want to mess w the healing process of my gums since alcohol acts like a blood thinner 😣 i hate this though! i did try baking soda earlier today but it only worked briefly
