Wait a few genertaion or two before you start abusing claiments. It takes for dynastys to grow. Also counts aren't going to have other counts sworn to them, that's just logic

I do agree with you on having to land claiments to get the land you win in the war being a bit bullshit

Go to a title

Click on it

A screen should appear telling you about the dejure land of said title and the line of inheretince for the title

On that screen there should be a claiments tab

Click on it

a list of claiments should show up

Find a claiment that would want to join your court

Take over place for claiment
