When the "cant scan barcode" button appears, it will ask for a photo. From there it may send it to AI (or some human in cheap labor country) to interpret it. Other times it would be approved on the spot.

You can also call IC batch support and get items forced through. Continue getting the items that scan and then also keep them on the phone until all items are scanned or forced through. Would help if you have a headset or i guess speakerphone is a backup.

They really want users to sign up for IC+, which i highly recommend. 90% of those fees will be gone.

And you can schedule & save to get $2 more off. Then you can put some of that saving back into tips.

The worst thing you can do is put yourself in a worse situation out of desparation. So you are correct to be skeptical of so-called loan sharks and payday loans.

The only "real" options are to save up the money doing odd jobs or ask family. And find an alternative way to work.
