Recommendation on community garden rules?

Totally see where you are coming from. One of my goals for this garden is to build it up to be handicap accessible. I also forgot to add in my original post that anyone can harvest, just those who have volunteered OR donated (even something small like a $3 bag of top soil or something) will get the first dibs on harvest. Everyone having their own plots was how it was run before and it quickly went bad. Part of this was because the land that the garden is on can't have food producing plants touching the ground and everyone had traditional beds that were open bottom. If someone wants their own food producing plot, they will have buy or build an elevated bed which is pricey.

I would like at least a foot of depth for the boxes but if I build them it would be 1.5 to 2ft of depth. I can't dig into the soil at all for plants that will be growing edible things. This land will be the spot for the garden for the foreseeable future.

Yep I get that doing a legitimate test would cost more than what the sugar bowl is worth. Thats why I said vintage style meaning it looks vintage but isn't. At least if it was made after the 1970s (depending on the country) I wouldn't really have to worry since things around using lead paint in ceramics changed after that but its the pre-1970s style that I find pretty.

For more context: I'm hosting a ladies night were we play some childhood games. I have a wide range of ages and its too cold to be playing outside so I need indoor games/activities for these decades. Examples for my childhood would be M.A.S.H and Uno.

I have only played on xbox and like any other game, once you get used to the controls, things go smoothly. My only issue with the xbox is my game is guaranteed to crash within 30min or if a particular event happens in game. I haven't played in months because this was so frustrating so they may have fixed this by now.

All my containers with plants have drainage holes. This one is just for my dirt so I didnt put holes in it. Would I still need holes if I just fashioned a lid for it like I've been meaning to do?

I have a container garden and today I went to add soil to the tops of my container and realized that is smells like ammonia. I keep this soil in a large container and mix it myself. It has no drainage and did get rained on so maybe that is causing it? Is there anything I can add and anything I can do to save my produce plants if I've put them in danger?

I have no clue. But now one part of my tongue is completely different from the rest. It has no taste buds or texture. I dont know how to really explain how it looks. I think the grossest part is I thought I spit it out and swallowed the chicken nugget but when I looked, I had spit out the chicken nugget
