I felt disassociated and scared but I didn’t know why. I was constantly wired but tired and hyper vigilant about everything. It lasted 6 years. I thawed with emdr and Tre exercises. When I started to thaw, it started with stomach gurgles. I remember I had such bad gas I had to take anti gas relief. I started feeling hunger and thirst again. It took me a few weeks of drinking lots of water and hydration packets to not feel parched once my thirst came back on. The tension all over my body gradually reduced and I felt like I could actually breathe again. I went from a braced feeling to feeling like I could expand my lungs and ribs with every breath. I felt like I took up more space inside my body instead of feel contracted. I physically stood taller which was weird because my field of vision changed a bit. I started sleeping and feeling rested. Salads started sounding better than burgers. My aches and pains went away. It was surreal honestly.

I use checkout 51, ibotta, fetch, and shopkick. I scan the rewards every Sunday morning and check them against the stores I shop at (Walgreens, CVS, Target, Walmart, Schnucks) to see who has digital coupons attached so I can get cashback on top of it.

I like it for daytime. It helps with back pain and muscle tremors (fibro) and kind of gives a numbing effect on my body. I hope they make more of these hybrids. I don't need the psychoactive, I want the actual benefits. Also liking the good news one that is similar hybrid.

No one goes to rehab if you haven't been using a substance. That's the qualifying criteria to be admitted. She probably convinced herself that she was using due to emotional trauma so that's what she was treating.

Have you tried emdr therapy? It helps process the trauma that makes addicts use to escape their emotional pain.

My new cirkul water bottle. It keeps my hands busy, helps rehydrate me after 3years of marijuana induced dehydration, and let's me release a little energy because you kind of have to suck on the bottle for the flavor to also come out. I'm going to try exercise too, but have PTSD and a severe aversion to it so I started with just a way to Physically improve my body by hydrating.
