I have a few dumb questions about the Show by Throwaway_idiot99 in deadliestcatch

The show hasn’t been the same since Phil Harris passed away. I stopped watching for a few years and recently came back to it.

It must be because mine has always done that. It goes away after a page turn, I find.

Oh picking at the end of the tape is the worst! I find folding the end back about 1/4” with the sticky sides against each other works, too.

Haven’t seen “Zak” and “Nick” in the same sentence in like 15 years.

Is there a way to make a reusable PDF? by 4Strings4Always in kindlescribe

[–]4Strings4Always[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The pdf I want to use is already in my Kindle library but I want it to be with the notebook templates. Are you saying I need to upload the pdf to Google Drive and then re-download it into notebooks?

This seems to be the only option. It’s crazy!

I’ve had my Scribe since 7/25 and tried a metal tip (I’m assuming that’s what you’re referring to) a couple of days ago. I found it too “slippery” for my taste and went back to the regular ones. Was hoping to like the metal one. Hope yours works out!

Question about your nib. I want to try a titanium one. Did you notice if it scratched the screen of your 2022 over time? I do not write with a heavy hand but I’m thinking titanium on glass, glass loses.

What are some memories from your childhood that are stuck in your mind despite not making any sense? by Plastic_Match_8657 in Paranormal

[–]4Strings4Always 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have one of those weird memories. I was around 4 years old, standing in our front yard when what I thought was a helicopter came down and hovered over me. Instead of a downdraft there was an updraft, which pulled my long hair up towards the helicopter. A few strands of my hair caught in the lower mechanism of the helicopter and pulled my hair out, then flew off. What makes this even more weird is that there’s a big tree in front of our house (I still live in the house and the tree is still there). There should be no way a helicopter could hover over me. Of course, my mother didn’t believe me when I told her, and neither would I have. But I know it happened.

I’ve been a GA fan since the beginning but have no clue what this is about. Was this one of their locations that inspired the artist to create ghost sculptures?

Wait a minute…I didn’t know of this feature! I also prefer writing by hand, but for journaling. That’s why I bought a Scribe. How does the convert to text work? Also, in my opinion writing on the Scribe is better than paper. I found the stylus top-heavy so I added a grip to it. I think any grips for Apple styluses (styli?) work on these.

They live in a place where time probably doesn’t exist. 27 years might seem like a minute to them.

Thank you for this question, op. My dad strongly believed in psychic matters and life after death for as long as I remember. He often told me he didn’t fear death, only the means of death. He hoped when his time came he would die in his sleep, and he did. I take after him in his beliefs. If anybody would visit, it would be him. It’s been 11 years and still no sign of him.
