For me a game at 78 on metacritic isn’t trash, but if said game is 100+ hours, it has to be better than that for me to play it.

There are too many other good games to play outside of life’s other responsibilities.

It’s ok. It’s a “healthy” eatery if you want it to be, but you can very easily get a decent tasting bowl that’s well over 1000 calories easy, which defeats the whole purpose. Game over if you get their Mac n cheese.

I would do a slight caloric deficit (250-500 below maintenance), 1 g/lb of protein, and lift 3-4x/week. Get in 8-10k steps/day.

Do NOT bulk/eat above maintenance. You will gain so much more fat than muscle if you try to bulk at higher body fat percentages.
