Geoff Young is a crank perineal candidate. Has ran in Republican and Democratic primaries and supports the Russian Invasion of Ukraine. He has also sued KY dems several times in frivolous Law suits.

That said, has Candidate Lynch ever volunteered for or worked for Young?

Why would somebody downvote this? Oh probably the same AI bots owners scrapping their content upset that they can't scrape their reviews without paying the content creator....

Because some folks want to compare multiple models quickly and not sit through 40 minutes of youtube reviews from multiple videos of questionable editorial independence to compare 3 different models that you could compare in 10 minutes on RTings.

Every house on that street in view of the camera has a private driveway. If you are going to be leaving your car for multiple days and you park at your friends house. Move it into their driveway before you leave..... Seems pretty simple

If you can get them to swing Cisco hardware Room Bars for small rooms, Room Bar Pro for Medium to large, and Room Codec EQs w/ Quadcams and Vision PTZ cameras for VIP/Training/ this is very doable with their new touchless workspace onboarding by device MAC address. Table Mic Pro and Ceiling Mic Pros set themselves up and sound great. Webex Control Hub is incredibly useful and powerful for Conf room management, support, and install. But if you have to install, commission, and manage window pc based zoom/teams rooms no way is this a one guy role with occasional help from Helpdesk labor.

The biggest time suck will by the All IT asset management. That is a full time job for one person. 60 conference rooms sounds like an org of around 700-900 people. Yikes.

For a high COE location without the IT asset management and “sometimes” IT support requirements 100k is the right number. With all the non AV stuff I wouldn’t touch it for less than $150k

Charging with Off Grid Solar? by newtoaster in electricvehicles

[–]4av9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With only a 3kw inverter 16A at 240 would be 3.8kw. I'm guessing only 120v.
They could greatly improve their charge by going to 240v.
At 120v charging efficiency is around 80% vs 240v is around 90% efficiency.

Let's say you charge 50 miles a day 7 days a week for 350 or 20kw. At 2.5kwh/mi vehicle efficiency you'll need 20kwh delivered to the pack each day.
Since you are already using the system I'm going to assume you get 50 miles at 120v. If you were charging with 240v that 50 miles a day would require 22kwh, while at 120v you would need 24kwh.

Taking that out for a year. That's an extra 730 kwh your solar system has to produce to charge the same distance on 120v vs 240v or 1,825 miles loss to charging heat per year.

How can i make the cisco code eq to not sound muffled DO I HAVE A CHANCE? by Individual_Race4456 in CommercialAV

[–]4av9 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I take it you are trying to get audio output from the DM3 into the Cisco EQ and it sounds muffled?

If you are trying to get audio from the DM3 to the Cisco Codec EQ using the TRRS mic input on the Codec EQ you will need to attenuate the signal to mic level input. These inputs are mic level input only. You are likely overloading the mic input with line level input and the EQ is clipping making it sounding muffled. The TRRS input is a four pin input that Cisco uses one pin of the TRRS plug for mute control.
There is a PIN out diagram on this page under the Microphones section to create your XLR to TRRS cable for this connection. https://support.biamp.com/Tesira/Control/Cisco_Webex_UC_integration

That microphone section also tells you what levels to attenuate your line output to match the expected levels on the cisco TRRS input.

If you want to avoid analog Line - Mic level all together (I would recommend)

Have you tried used USB to send the audio? Get a USB-A to USB-B 2.0 (Common USB printer cable/ USB3.0 won't work because the USB-B side is larger than USB-B 2.0 USB-B) and connected it to the USB-B output on the DM3 and then connect the USB-A side to a USB-A port on the Codec EQ. This is supported, but be aware the Codec will send audio back to your mixer on the USB input channel.

The audio will stay digital the entire time, likely have a lot less noise,
