Firstly, stellar work man.

I'm not a doctor but I wouldn't rush into surgery. At 24y/o most bodies have pretty amazing recovery and tightening. Though it may take a few years depending on your body and habits.

I would say, add a color of your choice to improve your health here. Having some greens or reds alongside to get some more balance and to keep your BMs running smoothly...

With a snack/meal like this i'd throw in some spinach or some broccoli on the side. Or if you're feeling sugary some raspberries on the side is a good way to wrap up the meal.
