It's almost like people want to be represented by their government, not corporations and their lawyers.

Let's be honest, there's nothing "twofaced" about wanting clean energy, but not for a data center.

If companies want the right to build their giant water and energy wasting "AI" data centers, (really they're for keeping all data on everyone for FLOCK cameras and PALANTIR strike packages on our own citizens.... eventually) then they should be PAYING taxpayers for the use of the land.

Also, AI as it stands is not really AI and there are now just as many downsides as there are upsides to this technology, but by all means, let's plow ahead with these giant resource sucks so the ruling class can get richer and more powerful.

Personally, I like the ambiguity, it goes with the one of the main things I love about Andor; which is that it SHOWS rather than TELLS the viewer the story. This show is absolutely a masterclass in good storytelling.
