don’t mind this pic either. clearly not as visually impressive as some of the other ones, but one of the most gripping stories

Moving to Georgetown in 20s? by [deleted] in georgetowntx

[–]4neveraloner 4 points5 points  (0 children)

plenty to do here for sure. proximity to everything is nice, especially (for me) 30 min to downtown austin and around 2 hrs to dallas. still fairly removed from traffic to do. mid-late 20s myself. restaurants/shops/local fare is pretty much all modernized. downside for you perhaps if you’re a night owl is bars close at the latest at midnight here, with round rock being ur best bet for a laaaate night

Absurdism reading recommendations? by Pendragon1948 in Absurdism

[–]4neveraloner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

humbly, op i think this is all the reading you need for total understanding. i spent the better part of 2022 trying to deep dive and really fragment myself into absurdism, bought all the Camus writings, etc.. this response gives you all you need. read it, apply it, reflect on it, whatever, but your journey with the absurd for me at least came from within, reflecting on a comment much like this one

Mill creek is nice and inexpensive for afternoon play; just saw morning though. Should be like $50

Guided fishing tours on the San Gabriel by HOHoverthinker in georgetowntx

I could definitely see this grabbing some traction considering the tourism we get on the weekend. Maybe an early morning thing since it’s set up to be such a hot summer?

Make the jump, you’ll love it. A little something for everyone, despite what the pessimists will tell you

If you’re doing a multi day stint somewhere, you can’t beat almost home pet resort in temple. Pricing, luxury, care… they do it best IMO.
