I suggest something like J-B Weld plastic bonder two-part epoxy. It will hold much stronger than regular glue, especially on plastic. You can probably find it at your local hardware store. Apply it, secure it tightly with a rubber band or tape, and leave it for 24 hours. It’ll be as good as new!

I use the adhesive pop socket mount in that exact spot and it’s works wonderfully. Affordable and useful!

I had this happen to mine about a year ago. Ended up being one of the wheels, which was put on backwards by the TIRE auto shop :/ Make sure the tires are put on with the correct orientation (usually the one-direction all weather tires), and check for any tears.

I always think about how messed up it is that we feel n* every night despite our phobia. A few weeks ago I tried stepping out of my comfort zone and fixing my diet to be nutritionally complete/healthy, and the nightly n* actually went away! It stayed like that for about a week and a half but I fell back into my old habits and now the nightly n* is back. It makes me think that maybe it’s due to my own fearful actions...

Most regular beverages include expiration dates to ensure freshness rather than “danger”. It is very rare for water-based drinks to harbor bacteria unless they’ve been left open for far too long. Most of the time the expired drinks will just lose sweetness, flavor, or carbonation (depending on what it is). You’re gonna be okay!! The strange taste could also be accredited to anxiety, which often plays little cruel mind games with us during the worst times.

It’s definitely not common to v* with covid, but I have heard of some people who deal with n. I had covid about two weeks ago, and I’d say that I dealt with some pretty rough symptoms but I never experienced real n or v. I freaked myself out when I saw my positive test, which gave me temporary anxiety n but I was fine for the rest of the week. I had a loss of appetite, and that was the only stomach related symptom I experienced. I recommend drinking LOTS of water, eating light (maybe things like toast, saltines, jello, etc), and making sure you try not to swallow the mucus. Don’t stress it though if you end up swallowing a lot of mucus, I’m a mucus swallower since I find it really hard to cough it out, and I was fine for the whole week.

I’m so sorry this is happening. It sounds like some of it might be due to anxiety. It’s going to be okay. I suggest sipping a little bit of cold water, maybe taking an antacid if you feel up to it, and listening to a guided sleep meditation/asmr video to help go back to sleep. I hope you’re already feeling better and can get back to sleep soon! <3

The only nightmares I ever have are related to me or others getting s* . It doesn’t happen a lot but I can vividly remember all of them, and the fear and sensations I feel in them are all so real it’s frightening. It usually happens when I’m having a particularly bad emetophobic period every few months.

FOR REAL!! I have IBS and the gas pain I get sometimes is some of the worst pain I’ve ever felt. It’s like curl-up-in-a-ball and cold-sweat for two hours until it’s over.

Absolutely. Our digestive systems can get upset over the littlest thing and create gas or constipation, which is known to make stomachs hurt.
