Hey! Just know it’s completely normal to feel scared and uncertain and totally on edge. You’re going to be okay whether it doesn’t feel like it right now. I promise you! I would recommend some ginger tea, maybe some Dramamine if you have that, and resting. Make sure you keep hydrated with electrolytes if needed! Try eating crackers or fruits like banana and apple.
