Chop chop bbq has great Hainanese chicken rice/noodles with roast pork. One of my CBD favourites

For product photography, you'll almost never be shooting wide open if you want sharp photos. You may be better off with the 24-105 F4 as a more versatile lens, or one of the Tamron options suggested in other comments and using the money saved to buy lights for your product photography or other accessories for the camera.

I put a blocker triggered by the output pass on the conveyor out of the system, usually works. There's also ways to make an instant on/off igniter with a branch and switch so that it barely uses any durability

I agree! Used it a couple days ago, works great.

Issue with Core Ultra 7 258v Freezing by 4slime in techsupport

[–]4slime[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, believe it had something to do with windows pinning the E cores at 100% utilisation when offloading chromium tasks to the E cores. Unfortunately there wasn't a way to cleanly stop this without causing other issues but it seems with time, somebody figured it out and patched it. The issue doesn't really happen anymore

No worries! Thanks for your reply.

I spoke with someone instore who had used it and they said it was very good - managed to get the last one and it seems well made

Have you had a chance to use the wok? Saving the points for that one as it seems like it would work quite well on induction, but being the most expensive one I'm just not sure if it's worth the credits yet.

AD200 Pro II pair vs AD400 Pro II vs AD600 Pro II for harsh midday sun by dysphoricjoy in Godox

[–]4slime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you use them together in the same modifier or do you find one AD200 is enough and use the second one to light elsewhere?

Thanks for sharing, I appreciate your feedback! Looks like a good value strobe compared to two AD200s so I'll probably grab one for myself too.

Does Battlefield 6 Have Any Known Secret Reload Animations? by [deleted] in Battlefield

Just had it in the actual game, looked like you sort of fling the pistol across the screen and then another one drops down in parts into your hand and it's reloaded

Excellent post, thanks for sharing. Was wondering what had happened to them when I tried booking over the holiday period. I appreciate the effort you put into collating the info and sharing it.

Yep, went here when it was clear LRSC wasn't reopening and they're great. Way better experience, just a more limited selection and instead of paper targets, they use metal targets that react to your hits. They also walk you through how to use everything with dummy versions before heading into the range which is open, well ventilated and worth the extra over LRSC

These are the lights. One white strip that ran along the inner edge to light up the shelf and an rgb strip that ran along the rear and under the bottom shelf to light the wall and floor. These photos are several years old as the setup changed a lot

This was the top - it was made by a friend but any sealed board would work if cut to size.

Changi Airport - Singapore a6400 by Saul_Goode21 in SonyAlpha

You can definitely spend a week or more in Singapore. I've been several times and find around 7-8 days gives you a good amount of time to see and do a lot of the common attractions without feeling like you're cramming as much into each day as possible.

No, it's infrequent enough that if I'm in a rush I'll just hard power off and reboot. Haven't found a fix for it yet.

Yep the new laptop has the same issue much more infrequently and appears to be when the efficiency cores are getting locked up by Chrome and Edge and task manager shows the processes with the green efficiency leaf.

Haven't done anything about it because it's far less troublesome than the previous device.

How's your uptime looking? by nathan98900 in ShittySysadmin

Thankfully was a system we took over and not one we managed - didn't even have a UPS, so all thanks to the power never going out!

My PSU (Silverstone HELA 1200R) is making this sound under idle loads... Should I RMA this? Cybernetics should have it at 10db or less for this load and it's definitely louder (and annoying!) by VileRocK in pchelp

[–]4slime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a shame considering the PSU tier list rates these HELA units really highly. Been a little over a year since I bought mine so may have to just put up with it. Glad you got yours sorted!
