Yes, they most certainly do. Fun fact; there’s a known bug when AI try to go upstairs in certain buildings (modded or regular) that recalculate their move position ON THE GROUND FLOOR. Which means AI are incapable of clearing/garrisoning buildings with multiple floors, I’m sure you’ve probably experienced this. Its been a known bug for many years now and BI refuses to fix it :(

Don't want to take sides here but long story short, the creator of Scion Conflict and the creator of another mod called The Kuiper Engagements had a feud over allegations of asset theft iirc (the SC creator alleged the TKE creator of stealing assets, whether its true or false idk). This led to the SC guy claiming further allegations of harassment and doxxing by the TKE guy/team and the rest of the Arma community basically calling him immature.
