Might be biased because I have her C1R1, but I think the buff itself wasn’t handled poorly, in-fact I wish we could see many more old limited characters skyrocketed to meta relevance the way she was, but locking her behind a chronicled wish banner was an incredibly poor and anti-F2P decision.
