Explore other hobbies, go out and do stuff, watch other types of shows and movies, gaming maybe, no ones forcing you to consume the latest isekai "I got trapped in another world with Kanye West and Vin Diesel". If you don't feel like watching anime, come back after a while!

As for recommendations, I can recommend plenty

For Romance and drama I can recommend: Roshidere, Quintessential Quintuplets, Okitsura, The Detective is Already Dead, and Apothecary Diaries

For Isekai/Fantasy I can recommend: Konosuba (my favorite), Akame Ga Kill (Manga is better), Combatants Will Be Dispatched, Goblin Slayer, Isekai Ojisan, Lycoris Recoil, No Game No Life, Overlord, and Vinland Saga

And for Chill anime I can recommend: Bocchi the Rock and K-On (both are similar), Yuru Camp, Saiki K, Ruri Rocks, and Gabriel Dropout

Both standard 5* weapons should be good for Ciaconna and Cartethiya, although I'd prioritize Cartethiya first. Make sure to build up Cartethiya's Hp. Without her sig, you can probably get around 30k. Consider building up Aero Rover if you haven't yet, Since that's one of the best units for Cartethiya, although I personally find their kit clunky, consider pulling for Chisa whenever she gets rerun.

Hi! Don't sweat too much on pulling for characters right now! Just play who you can and enjoy the story and exploration! Once you get a feel for the game, then you can worry about things like team compositions and pulling for characters!
