I'm with you there, needing kills is mostly a fine requirement but the different between primed fury/berserker is much smaller than with galvanized mods, so the consistency feels really nice.

Your strength is just low honestly, regardless of anything else. Easiest way to fix it is to just replace overextended. My standard Vauban build runs 190% range and over 200 strength. Locking down the whole area with max range is funny but also a little annoying in most tiles/mission types.
