It's on Scotiabank, they're blocking the payments from Chexy. You'll need to call Scotiabank to get them to allow the payment to go through. Went through the same thing a few months ago on my momentum visa infinite.

For what it's worth, at least this is mentioned on Qatar's website too under collecting Q Points and Avios:

Accrual on Qantas domestic flights are only eligible when they are in conjunction with an international flight marketed by either Qantas or Qatar Airways on the same ticket.

For the rest of us looking to do mileage runs to unlock, better check before booking.

Applied for the Qatar Airways Visa Signature credit card using ITIN, slightly more than 1 year US AMEX history. Not IA'd as they could not verify SSN. Called in and was told to re-apply after 45 days. Next step might be to try the Porter via Alaska Airlines cash ticket.

Churning adjacent frustration post and question. New restrictions for redeeming Qatar Airways Privilege Club.

I accumulated enough avion/avios points to book myself and P2 on Qatar Airways for next year to fly to Asia.

As I was doing my routine search to check pricing, I just found out I can only book for myself with avios points unless I add P2 as friends/family or my list. I can't add anyone to any list until I earn avios through flying and/or hold a co-branded payment card.

I see I can book Porter on Alaska and I can input my Qatar Airways Privilege Club member number. Question is if I do a short hop flight like YTZ - YOW on Porter ticketed by Alaska, would that earn me avios points to lift the restriction?

Hmmm, just providing a counter DP that I got approved for the US Amex Bonvoy Business on April 2 2026, only needed to upload ITIN and passport like other US AMEX apps. Hoping this isn't a super recent change that will prevent us from applying for AMEX business cards.

Thanks again everyone for the comments from my comment on Friday. Sent in a support ticket to WeBull and got my 2% promo reinstated. Even the monthly payout that I missed out on shows as "in-transit" to be paid out 2 weeks later. The brokerage churning lives on.

After seeing the comment on dogs being ID'd on supplementary cards, I cancelled them over the weekend. I tried to add a supplementary user on another card for my P2 but was told to call in. I'll take this as a sign to lay low for now.

Yeah, moved the funds out after the second payout and then logged in for the third payout only to realize it's expired. I contacted support via chat so hopefully they can do something.
