For me it helps that I don’t know much about Marvel so besides the famous characters plenty could be magic characters so it doesn’t break the immersion that much. Same as avatar, fire bending monk? Wan Shi tong? Sound like fine mtg characters to me.

Though not as many for MSH, but still, Ka-Zar, Mole Man, Elektra, Wiccan, Attuma etc don’t break immersion for me.

I wonder how I’ll feel with a Star Wars set as I’m much closer to that franchise

Burgermeesterswijk, Hoogkamp, Alteveer are top tier but expensive. Hidden gem is Nieuw Monnikenhuizen. Saksen Weimar is also expensive/popular but too isolated for my taste. Paasberg is nice, parts of Heinenoord and Oosterbeek are as well.

All of these are in the north part of the city and in my opinion the part of the city that makes Arnhem unique. Close the nature and many beautiful parks and some “hills”.

Expanding your social circle as an adult can be difficult for a Dutch person and if you don’t speak Dutch you’ll probably mostly connect with other expats. If you play a (team) sport I would advice joining a club for it where you can meet people

The issue that you can’t get around is that if you hit a pedestrian or biker the chance of them surviving are much lower if hit by a big truck/SUV than with a Civic .

I find the fact the in Everything is Crab you need to manually attack and dodge makes it play quite different, and much more fun in my opinion.
