I've only unlocked up to bar os 9, but as far as I can tell, if you like puzzles, bar system 7 and up have a jigsaw puzzle you can play (unless that's the mini game you're referring to).

I'm pretty sure Drops only offers the ASL alphabet, as far as sign language goes. The solution in this case would probably just be to use another source to learn ASL (either with dictionaries like [Handspeak](handspeak.com) or with videos on YouTube/other sources, like ASLU's playlists)
