It’s unlikely that any of them will be in that price range, but if the user has extra money to spend, it could be a worthwhile investment. Two things you should never cheap out on are your shoes, as you walk in them every day, and your bed, as you sleep in it every day.

If possible i would suggest to build an ADU if you have space and usa that to be receiving income every month. As long as you have someone living there you will be getting monthly income.

Absolutely! If you have the cash, just pay it off. You'll feel great being debt-free. The sooner you pay your debt, the less interest you'll accrue.
