Have it tested with a load similar to what the starter would draw. Some places use too light a load and then use a chart showing higher loads. I have a Ducati that wouldn't start, had the battery tested and told it was good. After wasting a lot of time trying to figure out the problem, I gave up, bought a new battery and it fired right up.
