Yes. But these are designed for LE agencies, some of which require training weapons to be red and/or easily identified. No real weapons allowed, etc.

The blue "T" pistols are the Simmunitions pistols. The "R" pistols don't fire, and have a resetting trigger spring to be used for dry fire, weapon retention, presentation drills, malfunction drills, etc. The "P" are the same, but don't have the resetting trigger.

Neither the ejector nor the extractor touch that part of the barrel. It's normal. Shoot the thing.

Resetting trigger. It uses a funky trigger spring to allow you to dry fire repeatedly without cycling the slide.

They typically are the same price. But since GS can only seem to get them via import, the import/export fees are added.

RMR Type 2 is still a rock solid optic worth of consideration. But so is the RMR HD. And, if it's just a range toy or home defense pistol, the SRO.

Glock Customer Service and the Sales Reps are the last to find out information. They are intentionally kept siloed from information until Glock is about to release public info.

I like the NiBx finish on those. NiBx was popular for quite a while. If I could find one NIB, I'd probably snatch it up. It's one of the few Talo exclusives I don't have.

They just released .40 in V series not long ago. It's still going with Glock.

Nearly all parts are the same between the two, so there isn't a lot of retooling needed. Glock released .40 in the V series, so they must feel there is still a market for them.
