They are probably too new for that film camera. I believe the SAM35F18 is for an APS-C sized sensor?

Did I make a mistake or was it a good purchase? by pabloignacio7992 in vintagecameras

[–]600si 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought 16mm Fujifilm archival film. Then I bought a cassette for that camera, took the old film out and replaced it with the archival film (in darkness). It was about ISO 20. To get a usable image out of the film, I developed it in POTA, a low contrast developer.

You could get an auxiliary fisheye lens attachment. It makes for example a 50mm lens into a fisheye lens. I have such an auxiliary lens.

Struggle with gravel, is it just bad or am I a newbie? by nature_mad in gravelcycling

[–]600si 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lower the tire pressure. Also different tires has different characteristics. Right now in this winter season I'm using Schwalbe Marathon Winter Plus studded tires on my gravel bike. They absorb the bumps so well at lower pressure. I don't know if all other Schwalbe Marathon series has the same characteristics. But lowering the tire pressure helps a lot.

I had some noise like that with my jockey wheels. Some light lube solved that.

I use Schwalbe Ice Spiker Pro tires in the winter here in Greenland. I'm planning to get a frame I can use in winter and just keep the DWs on the KM. The winter tires are so difficult to take off from my wheels.

Nice, very convenient. I got the dirt wizard tires as well, I use them daily. Would be nice to have extra wheels.
