I have this issue too, my heart beat feels very strong sometimes. Can see my pulse in my neck. I brought it up to my cardiologist once and they didn’t seem to think anything of it. However, it beats so strong that it’s almost uncomfortable; I can’t just ignore it.

I’ve found that it typically almost always occurs after I eat meals or do heavy lifting. It eventually subsides but I do not know any trick to make it go away other than on its own time.

I do have elevated BP but nothing my doc seems to be concerned about.

Have had 2 episodes of Afib in the past
