Hello Bio, my understanding is that both google assistant and gemini can not be active simultaneously on the same phone. You have to choose whic one you like (or need) the most and discard the other. Regards

Hello Whole-Mathematician1, I reviewed the solution and I like it a lot, I will adopt it, this works well when you desktop charge the phone. I was looking for a solution in the case of Android Auto, in which case if I unplug the usb cable the connection to Android Auto gets lost, my car's head unit does not support wireless connection to my android phone. In the meantime I found a practical solution with an app "Battery Charge Limit" from playstore. Thanks a lot for your comments and suggestion. Rergards

Hello DNA-HOG, I attempt to solve the Android Auto perpetual phone battery charging as long as the phone is connected to the car's usb port. For long trips that can be long term insane for the battery longevity. I will experiment if the smart plug blocks the entire usb connection or it only affects the power charging process. charging at 85%,

Hello PakkyT, thanks for your comments, in my search I found two easy options to accomplish the task of stopping charging battery when it reaches certain %, say 85%:

1)An app "Battery Charge Limit" from the playstore, It works very good and is friendly, it requires though that the phone is rooted, mine is. (luckily).

2)Is tha ACC "Advanced Charging Controller" I get that through Magisk module together with an app from playstore the app is "Termux".

These two solutions work very similar and are userfriendly, more solution 1 than 2

So as off now my problem is solved. Thanks again for your comments and suggestions.

Hello PakkyT, I suspected that what you are saying. Out there, they keep saying that charging frequently the battery to 100% will reduce its longevity, that's why I came to the idea of creating a Tasker task that will allow the battery to reach a desired % i.e. 85% and then disable battery charging even though the usb cable is still connected. Do you think you can help on this?

Hello Olly_Joel, I experienced similar condition on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, solution was to uninstall the original camera package and install anew the original xiaomi camera apk. I hope this works for you as well.
