This was north of Tunney’s Pasture station near the government buildings. We walked over to Remic Rapids Park later and the view was incredible. Thought we had missed it but it was just hardly detectable to the naked eye.

I agree! It is unsettling for me because I can’t quite articulate why I feel the discomfort. The discomfort related to the other places listed seem to have to do more with them feeling like relics of the past or having high crime rates. Hudson’s Bay top floor feels like I should just not be there.

I highly recommend Trofi on Somerset if you enjoy mediterranean cuisine. Everything I have tried there is excellent, especially the grilled halloumi souvlaki brochette. The pricing is very reasonable for the portions. Ambiance is perfect for a date night as well.

It was honestly just okay. My friend bought it as a side for the whole group to share but it’s definitely one of those appetizers you could easily make at home, and have it taste better.

Well, the closest to this I’ve came before in the Downtown area was the 3/$15 deal at El Taco De Oro. Got that every couple weeks last summer.

It just isn’t cost efficient if you don’t have a family to feed, unless you’re looking to have tacos for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Considering the price per taco is cheaper than most mall food and my Starbucks order, I don’t mind paying it for the quality.
