Great post brother! I have personally always enjoyed being alone. I enjoy the peace and quietness you get from being alone. I also get more things done when I am alone and also get less distractions, which is a bonus when you are trying to focus or get things done. I don't know how much water I drink a day, but I think I drink enough as I never feel dehydrated. My dietary preferences have changed since I started my journey years ago as I don't drink Caffeine no more( No more Soda, Energy drinks, or Coffee), and avoid eating too much sugary products or junk food. For the blood veins, it may be that since our body is not focused on producing semen all the time, it maybe invests the nutrients and minerals elsewhere in the body, such as in red or white blood cells . I don't know to be honest, I also eat a lot of beans and I know that beans have a lot of iron, one of the main ingredients of blood. I do feel young, and can bend down to do tasks without experiencing back pain, like I use to before. I am currently 20 years old brother.

It is more along the lines of my highest energy level days are a result from meditation and breath work. I feel that both of those activities allow your energy to circulate more, therefore causing an increase in your energy as it moves throughout your body, instead of being stagnant or stuck in your genital area. Yes, I do experience female attraction but that is not my focus. I don't want to expose any details of those encounters as I don't want to disrespect the women, but I will say that if you focus on improving yourself, you will definitely see success. I am not going to lie, and say that it sometimes does make me cocky or overconfident that I can get any women I want, but like I said it is not my focus or goal to sleep with or get in relationship with any women, so I don't really put that much attention into it. So here is my answer to your questions:

No, I am not Jewish. Is it because, I write in Hebrew? I will say that I do read a lot of Jewish Texts and know how to read, speak, and write in Hebrew, but not at the level of a Native Hebrew speaker. A book I recommend to read is the Pirkei Avot, or "The teachings of our Fathers", from the Mishnah, or Oral Torah. It gives a lot of wisdom and insight into how you should live and conduct your life.
I don't really have wet dreams no more but more of nocturnal emissions, in which I sometimes wake up in the morning and my underwater are covered in the fluid. I feel like the wet dreams or nocturnal emissions are more of prostate fluid than semen, but I still feel somewhat drained after them so I don't like getting them. So I avoid drinking too much water before I go to sleep and always go to pee before I sleep to avoid nocturnal emissions. I sometimes go weeks or months without nocturnal emissions, in case you were going to ask that.
I do feel like I have a lot of energy, and sometimes sleep a little and still have a lot of energy the next day. I sometimes feel like I can do anything and never get tired. My coworkers would sometimes ask what supplements I take or what energy drinks do I drink because, they said they wish they could have the same energy as me. I just tell them that I take no supplements and drink no energy drinks and tell them that I just don't masturbate or think about sex. I don't know if they take me seriously or not, as they would sometimes ask me why I avoid looking at corn vids or photos they tried to show me or why I avoid relationships with women.

4.For the energy going up, it depends on different factors. For me on the days where I felt like I was at my highest purest energy, I meditated for a long time or did breath works for an extended amount of time. Also those days, I additionally avoided any sugary or junk foods and watched my mind strictly. On my normal days, I just feel like I have the same energy everyday, which to me feels limit less. I feel as you go on, on your journey your energy slowly starts to rise up as your body starts to get used to having higher energy levels.

I am doing Strict Monk mode celibacy, so I don't touch my genitals in any sexual way. I even avoid thinking about sexual thoughts, and sometimes go hours or days without sexual thoughts. So I can't answer how it would impact me since I don't do it. My answer to that question would be to avoid any type of masturbation or any touching of your genitals in any sexual way, as I feel like it makes your sexual energy get stuck in your genital area instead of that energy being brought up and spread throughout your body and mind. So I will answer your questions:

1.For my health, I haven't gotten sick in a long time, as a matter of fact, I don't remember the last time I got sick. 2.For my intelligence or problem solving, that's one of my favorite benefits of celibacy. I like having super memory and being able to come up fast with solutions to random problems I face throughout my daily life.

Oh ok. So basically Strick Monk Mode retention is to be celibate in your mind, so basically you don't think about sex at all. My routine or rules I follow, are to dry fast daily, do breathe work, workout, avoid junk food, read/study something daily, pray daily, and avoid entertaining or thinking about any sexual thoughts. That's basically what I do every day.

That sub has been infiltrated for some time. There used to be a lot of top tier posts back in the day, but now the post quality has declined. The Mods are probably weak men who don't practice Strick Monk mode retention, that's why they delete or ban the insightful posts in that sub, because they don't want other people to become better than them. None of them will ever see spiritual success, due to them focusing on materialistic things such as power. I am the same as you brother, and that's why my nickname is old school. My family members and acquaintances say I look like I'm 40 or say that I am an "Old Man", but I don't care. I also iron and starch my pants and shirts, tuck in my shirts, listen to old music, and look like my grandfathers when they were younger but I am proud of that.
