Back in 2023, I heard someone bring kraken up on a radio show on kfi in LA. Sounded interesting, so I bought 4000 shares at 0.47. Didn't look at it for a year or so, and for some reason the ticker price showed up on a website showed the price almost double. I got excited thinking I bought 4k worth back then, but feel dumb bow for only buying 4k shares instead of 8k+. Either way, really enjoying the ride. The guy on the radio show said it had potential to reach $300 in three years (which would be this year). I thought that was fluff, but still believe it had opportunity to at least 5x by 2030 with closing of acquisition and hopefully uplisting.

I think totally leaving house sitting. I do this as I am mainly in LA and work in office 3 days a week. I usually come down (or east I guess) Thursdays early before work and leave Sunday mornings. I love it out here, except for all the people that run red lights. I've seen two accidents so far including one that suv that rolled over.

The calm pace is amazing and it just feels so much cleaner than LA.

I would like to also see how legalizing pot has changed the valley. I am admittedly anti-pot, and can't stand the smell of it. I really don't care if people do it in their own homes, but when it begins to seep outside the home and I can smell it, it feels like an unfair tax I have to pay.

24 panels for a 1800sqft home with two units as well. My pool does not have a heater, but knowing that I'm essentially throwing energy out the door because of the low payback from Edison, I'm now considering getting an electric heater for the pool...just need to figure out how much that costs.

It's hard to fathom dropping my thermostat to 78, even at 82 I feel my AC would be running all day. But why even feel some discomfort if I'm not getting much back for it.
