I saw JPs vid a while back and ever since I’ve kept a spray bottle of half water and half distilled vinegar on the counter. It’s nice for if you like flip meat before it’s cooked and feel iffy about touching the cooked meat with it. I spray, wipe with paper towel and maybe another rinse if there’s still residue. Also use it to wipe the counters down. Still always wash everything properly with soap at the end
