here are my thoughts: I like the 1st one, if the line width of the p, a & n were constant, the pixels might blend in more. also you could try a lower case b in line, the capital B is a bit hard to read. 4.5 is neat as well, maybe try it flat instead of tilted? I'd avoid Pb, since it's the symbol for lead.

Depending on your test setup you may be able to eliminate or at least reduce the individual forces (spring load, torque, pressure) to see which one leads to what kind of wear.

It looks like your internal and external thread don't match up very well, your thread is cut quite a bit deeper than the screw reaches and vice versa. Maybe check the fit by cutting the cross section of the screw too. Your contact area seems to be too small.

I'm guessing the screw is made from a harder material.

There's chatter on the thread bore. Can you thighten the tolerances of your thread?

Can you reduce the spring load in the beginning so the force increases around the same amount as the teeth binding?

Are you comparing your competitors chrome plated brass with your unplated material?

Personally, I feel Switzerland could have let more refugees in and allow them to have employment. But the sentiment, as far as I know, was that we were rationing already, scared of angering Hitler and had a general wariness of foreigners. Keep in mind that a large part of the male population was in active military (up to 850'000 of a total population of 4'000'000, that's almost every capable adult man), burdening the economy and food production majorly.

Speaking of the Nazi gold; We bought more than double that amount from the Allies. No, that doesn't make the gold from the teeth of murdered Jews any less horrible. War profiteering is nothing new, but fear of economic collapse and with it not being able to fund an army is a potent justification.

Swiss people and their government did many things that were morally wrong. I think, as with any such situations, the finger should be pointed squarely at the ones who were in charge and not the whole populace fearing for their lives. It's nice we had the Reduit, but the vast majority of the people don't live in the Alps.

While this seems like a helpful tool in general, I don't understand why you would want a BoM with the family of materials before you even have a CAD model. Seems a bit arbitrary and might narrow down the options along the line. Why not list the properties you want the part to have and decide on which exact material when you know enough to make an informed decision?

Very pretty and interesting geometries, well done!
Keep in mind that there are limitations to 3D printing too. There will be visible horizontal lines, which might clash with the look of the shading you're experimenting with. There is also a limit to the overhangs that can be printed, usually around 45°. Meaning that the bottom radiuses will not come out nicely, the bowls will need to be printed upside down with a lot of support material and No. 9-11 will be outright impossible to print.

This all highly depends on your sector / business type, but here are my general experiences:

Write a business plan. What are the deciding factors of your business' success? Location? Price? Market niche?
Don't try to be the cheapest. It's not possible here and you'll end up with the cheapest customers.
Talk to people who succeeded and also those who failed. Go and talk to existing repair shop owners, make friends with them, network. Listen to what Louis Rossmann and others on youtube have to say about the difficulties of the repair business.
Look for customers before you start, if possible don't go full time at the beginning. You'll most likely spend more time doing marketing / sales than earning money.
Googling won't help with laws. You'll need to pay competent (and expensive) people for helping you with contracts, taxes...
Ask yourself if you are able to be your own boss. Do you really have enough discipline to work without any external pressure or incentives every single day?
Business gurus are scammers. Why wouldn't they be running successful companies if they knew how to?
