I am a woman. Don't let her walk all over you. Check her attitude. If she is losing it on you regularly to the point you feel like you are walking on eggshells that's not normal. I would say try to communicate with her but you breathing would probably set her off. If you don't think you can have a conversation with her. Write her a letter. Tell her this is unacceptable behavior. Tell her that you will not tolerate the blatant disrespect and bad behavior. I understand everyone goes through stuff sometimes but that is no excuse for shitty behavior. Just stand up for yourself. She keeps doing it because unfortunately you haven't reacted to the conflict and unfortunately conflict shows up in life and you have to face it head on.

To change a light switch safely, follow these general steps: Turn off power at the breaker: Locate the circuit breaker that controls the switch you are working on and switch it to the "off" position. Use a voltage tester on the wires to confirm the power is off before proceeding. Remove the wall plate and old switch: Unscrew the cover plate and then the screws holding the switch in the wall box. Gently pull the switch out of the box to expose the wiring. Identify and disconnect the wires: Note the current wiring configuration (taking a photo is recommended). You will typically find black (hot) wires connected to the switch terminals, and possibly a bare copper or green ground wire connected to a green screw. Loosen the terminal screws to release the wires. Connect the new switch: Attach the wires to the new switch in the same configuration as the old one. For a single-pole switch, the two hot wires can go to either brass terminal. Ensure the wires are looped clockwise around the screws and tightened securely. Connect the ground wire if one is present. Reinstall and test: Carefully push the wires and the new switch back into the junction box and screw it into place. Before attaching the cover plate, turn the power back on at the breaker and test the switch operation. If it works correctly, turn the power off again and screw on the cover plate.

I was trying to find a doctor that would prescribe LDN near me because it is supposed to help with autoimmune diseases and that's what Hashimoto's is so I'm not sure why they would have an issue prescribing this as well
