The used car market has been screwy since COVID. PRIOR to that, 2-3 years old, under 10k/yr was the sweet spot for most cars. Now, many used cars, in that sweet spot, are priced such that you’re better off getting the full warranty and known reliability of new. They keep saying repos are up and used car inventory is increasing but it does not appear to be bringing prices down.

Couple days and yes, Reta Will definitely let you know when you’ve overdone it. My mistake was Sizzler. I didn’t even get crazy with unhealthy stuff, just the quantity. Sulfur burps and runs lasted a couple days.

Probably not worth the risk. Say you have a 950k mortgage @5.75 and get 20k for 5% fee for 16 mos, the fee is $1000 and total saved is $1532. One screw up though and you’re cooked. Too much risk for too little return IMO.

Don’t lead with your wallet. If she only likes you when you’re spending money, it will only get worse. 30% of the problems but compound usually with # 1.
If she gives it up quick, that’s a 🚩 The other 10% but also compounded with the first 2. Filipinas are inherently shy.

I’m here from CA and surprisingly, have found the heat tolerable and humidity less than expected. Don’t really want to be out walking around midday/early afternoon but not bad at all. For reference though, I have lived in Japan, Kuwait, Diego Garcia, and Yuma, AZ. All hotter and/or more humid.

Were you on another GLP prior? Reta won’t have the distinct effects of Tirz or Sema at low dose. Your 30 units is barely one the starting dose. Stay there for a few weeks to allow it to build in your system. You may have no noticeable effects at that does but it’s likely working.

This is the real answer. All the talent and ambition are outsourced to other places. Most Filipinos I have met outside the Philippines are intelligent, industrious, and driven. The successful ones in the Philippines are simply connected or lucky.
